Publisher
The service is operated by LAYER4, a French SARL (société à responsabilité limitée) with share capital of €500, registered with the RCS Versailles 799 738 612 (SIRET 799 738 612 00024), with its registered office at 3 B rue Exelmans, 78000 Versailles, France.
The service
Fama Unchained manages professional social-media presence (LinkedIn, dev.to, Medium and similar platforms) on accounts you own, under an explicit, revocable authorization. Every piece of content published under your name passes human review first.
Your obligations
- You hold the rights to the accounts and materials you connect.
- You comply with each platform's own terms of service.
- You review and may revoke automation consent at any time.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care; LAYER4's liability is limited to the fees paid over the preceding twelve months, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France; disputes go to the competent courts of Versailles, France.
